Buckhead East offers a wide range of amenities for its residents, including:
- Year-round zero-entry community pool
- Lap pool opened 2023, 20'x40', Depth 3'x5'
- Pavilions: (3 total)
- 1 large pavilion between the pools
- 2 smaller pavilions near the playground area
- BBQ grills are located near each pavilion
- Large playground
- Community ponds
- Fishing Dock
- Walking/bike trails & connections to DeVaul Henderson Park
- Tennis courts, sports fields, and many other recreational facilities are located in DeVaul Henderson Park
Association Fees
Mandatory Membership Association
The current (2023) annual assessment (dues) is $750 and is paid in one installment (other optional payment plans are also available, additional fees may apply). The annual assessment is billed in April with a due date of May 1 and late after May 31st of each year. The fees and may change annually, with any assessment changes promulgated to the membership at least 30 days prior to the due date.
(dues for the following year are announced at the annual meeting usually held in November)

Townhome Fees
The current (2023) monthly maintenance dues are $149.05, this fee is combined with the annual assessment for the Association Fee above to create a single monthly payment. Current monthly (May 2023) Townhome payment is $211.55.

Other Fees and Information
There are currently NO special assessments. (May 2023)
There is a $375.00 Capital Contribution Fee (as of 2023) upon transfer of title of any property located within Buckhead East. In addition there is a $35 Amenity Registration Fee for new or replacement amenity cards.
Both fees are payable to Buckhead East POA.
Fees subject to change annually
There is a $200 administration fee payable to Premier Services.
If you are selling your home, your real estate agent will ask you to complete a Community Association Disclosure form. Your lawyer and/or Realtor must contact the management company before you sell your home.
